Project management is a skill that is crucial in most businesses. As a project manager you will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of any project. If a project is not efficiently managed, there are room for mistakes. In your role you may work as someone who overlooks the whole project, or you may be more directly involved in certain areas of the project, working alongside other project managers.
