Business communication revolves around how an organisation exchanges information to reach or promote their goals and objectives, as well as become a successful business. It is important that organisations can effectively communicate both internally and externally, as without this, business aims can be harder to achieve, and the core message of a business could get lost.
Modules you study may include cross-cultural communication, marketing communication, public relations, and human resource language. Your degree will be delivered in a mixture of modes. These could include lectures and seminars, as well as group projects. Depending on your course, you may have the opportunity to take part in a work placement.
