About EITM Doctoral School, PhD - at EIT Manufacturing

The EIT Manufacturing (EITM) Doctoral School offers a multiannual program, which combines Industrial Doctorate studies in the field of manufacturing, done at its partner universities, with a wide range of Innovation & Entrepreneurship activities, such as summer and winter schools, seminars, hackathons, and other innovative pedagogical approaches. Company visits and professional networking opportunities are also included in the EITM Doctoral School portfolio. International academic and industrial exchanges and a final industrial-based thesis complete the program.

See here for the full course overview.

Notes about fees for this course

The program is offered with a freemium approach, meaning students who are admitted will not pay any tuition fee and will be entitled to the minimum number of Programme activities (Mandatory I&E courses) that will allow them to fulfill the above Doctoral School requirements, in order to obtain the EIT Label Certificate. The student will be allowed to participate in additional activities of the Programme (Elective I&E courses) under the payment of discounted fees, compared to the general fee of the single activity.
