Financial management is the area of business that looks after the finances, expenses and profitability of an organisation. It is important that finances are looked after properly and efficiently, as lack of financial management can lead to the business having money issues and potentially becoming bankrupt, risking their success as an organisation.
A postgraduate degree in financial management will allow you to build your knowledge and skill set, and will cover the more advanced areas of the subject. Modules you study might include financial investment, foreign exchange markets, entrepreneurial finance, and risk analysis and management.
