Study a Modern History Studies degree abroad in 2025

Delve into how our more recent past continues to inform society of today.

A bachelor's degree in modern history will allow you to take a more detailed look at contemporary historical events and see how they affect us in modern times. Usually taking 3-4 years to complete when studied full-time, a degree in modern history will give you the opportunity to study subjects such as european history, medicine in history, US history, and the rise of terrorism, among others. You might also get to study modules on specific time periods or historical events.

Choosing to study abroad as an international student is an experience that can shape your future. You will not only have the chance to get your education, you will also be able to learn alongside students from all over the world, increasing the amount of cultures you are exposed to.

Admission Requirements

Admission to a bachelor's degree in Modern History usually requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
