Ειδικός σκοπός του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος «Δίκαιο της Οικονομίας και των Επιχειρήσεων» είναι η εξειδίκευση πτυχιούχων συγκεκριμένων σχολών σε σύγχρονα θέματα δικαίου των επιχειρήσεων και των εμπορικών συναλλαγών σε ευρωπαϊκό και διεθνές επίπεδο, με απώτερο στόχο την ολοκλήρωση του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών με την εκπόνηση Διπλωματικής Εργασίας σε σύγχρονα γνωστικά αντικείμενα.
