Study
This programme is designed for candidates wishing to acquire expertise in accounting and finance, while developing the necessary skills for general management roles as well. The course builds on Norwich Business School's existing partnerships with Norwich's Financial District, which is one of the largest in the UK.
Structure
The taught modules will give students a clear understanding of the role of accounting, finance and other general management disciplines to ensure successful operations in a range of business settings, including financial, non-financial and public sector organisations. Teaching is provided by members of academic staff, often in a relatively informal learning environment, incorporating lectures, seminars, and practical work. Assessment is usually by essays and other written assignments, written or oral examinations, and projects.
Teaching
The Postgraduate MSc degree programmes offered by Norwich Business School adopt an approach to teaching and learning which is designed to promote academic achievement as well as developing the potential for future managerial excellence.
