Political Science is an academic field that focuses on the study of government, politics, and public policy. This involves analysing the distribution of power, the decision-making process, and the behaviour of individuals and groups within political systems. There are several subdisciplines within Political Science, including political theory, comparative politics, international relations, and public administration.
