A written report defining a recruitment and selection process for a specific role, in the context of legislative requirements and organisational or departmental needs. This should be supported by a job description and a person specification
Further Information
You will be required to attend two teaching days at the Carmarthen campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation to begin your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, e-mail or Skype - or a mix of all these.
