Our two year undergraduate degree allows you to gain aBachelor's degree and potentially a teaching qualification in only three years - at leastone year fewer than alternative routes. Upon completing our two year accelerated degree,you willbe able to apply with us for a one year PGCE Secondary or PGCE LifelongLearning Teacher Education programme. Alternatively, you can apply for a SchoolDirect Training (secondary) programme.
The key aims of our accelerateddegree are to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of mathematicalmethods and techniques. Your study will include how to apply these methods toreal-life problems.Our degree will help you to understand the main principles underlyingcontemporary mathematics. Here you will delve into the development of a varietyof mathematical subject areas.
