Business psychology is the study of how an understanding of the psychology of human behaviour can be applied within business organisations to manage people more effectively. You will gain highly valued communication and thinking skills demanded by employers.
This programme will provide you with an understanding of business and management, and insight into the psychology of individual and group behaviour at work.
It will prepare you to lead and manage by equipping you with the key theories and practical approaches to manage people effectively and to understand the dynamics of human interaction in the workplace.
Informed by both academic knowledge and professional practice, you will develop the ability to find practical solutions to people-related problems within organisations, examine the moral issues of work and explore developing areas in management and psychology.
You will have the option to undertake a work placement, providing insight and practical skills which employers seek in graduates.
EmployabilityYou will connect with employers through our dedicated Business School Employability Team who focus on developing your employment skills. They also provide you with CV support and will invite you to employment fairs to network with employers and recruiters from industries.
