Business Communication focuses on how organisations share information to achieve their goals effectively.
Business communication revolves around how an organisation exchanges information to reach or promote their goals and objectives, as well as become a successful business. It is important that organisations can effectively communicate both internally and externally, as without this, business aims can be harder to achieve, and the core message of a business could get lost.
Modules you study may include cross-cultural communication, marketing communication, public relations, and human resource language. Your degree will be delivered in a mixture of modes. These could include lectures and seminars, as well as group projects. Depending on your course, you may have the opportunity to take part in a work placement.
A postgraduate degree in business communication will allow you to expand on the knowledge and skills gained at undergraduate level. Modules you study might include business communication in a digital age, business interpreting and translation, and multicultural marketing.
