Maike Nuyken from Germany (IBA in Economics and Management)

Testimonial from Maike Nuyken from Germany (IBA in Economics and Management), student at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

“I chose Wittenborg because it is very international. I think Wittenborg gave me the needed theoretical knowledge and a more analytical way of thinking. It is small, international, got a family atmosphere and you have six opportunities per year to start and to graduate.”

Nikolas Anthrakidis from Greece (MSc in International Hospitality Management)

Testimonial from Nikolas Anthrakidis from Greece (MSc in International Hospitality Management), student at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

“The MSc helped to broaden my horizons and I started thinking more business oriented. Initially, I wanted to find a management position in the tourism and hospitality industry. However, the tutor said she was surprised that none of us wanted to run our own businesses. That changed everything about my way of thinking. I started imagining how I could find the funds, how I could run and own a hotel. After 3 years of thinking and planning, I opened my hotel.”

Junyeong Shin from South Korea (IBA in Sport Business Management)

Testimonial from Junyeong Shin from South Korea (IBA in Sport Business Management), student at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

“I played for professional football teams in France and Germany, which is why I was interested in Wittenborg’s IBA in Sport Business Management. I like that the programme is taught in English, because I see it as an advantage, since I want to work in a big international city like Hong Kong.”
