If you already hold a building design or construction related degree and wish to pursue a Masters degree in Construction Project Management then this course is ideal for you. 
The course provides you with a broad, thorough foundation in the fundamentals required for successfully organising and managing construction projects. It covers advanced knowledge and skills in construction project management, and latest technology implementation and innovation, such as BIM and 3D Print. The course strongly links with industrial practice and will pursue the accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) shortly. 
Career and study progressionUpon successful completion of  the MSc in Construction Project Management you will be able to pursue, or further your career, in broad range of area within the construction industry. 
 Students can also progress their studies to PhD level within UWL or other institutions.

  • The William Brake Bursary: a £1,000 award for candidates on undergraduate or postgraduate degree courses

  • Exclusive alumni discounts: a £2,000 discount on taught postgraduate courses or a 10% discount on research courses, exclusive to students who graduated from the University of West London.

Entry requirements

The applicants for this MSc course should possess an BSc (Hons) 2:2 above degree in the Built Environment areas, including Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Property Management, Urban Development, etc.

Potential APCL/APEL applicants will be considered based on the university.International students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.5 or above, and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
