The Master’s degree trains professionals to translate developmental theory and research into effective practices that support the positive adjustment of young people. Students learn to understand typical and atypical development, assess psychological functioning, and design interventions tailored to the specific needs of children and adolescents across diverse contexts. Career opportunities
Graduates work as professionals in applied child and adolescent psychology, especially in educational settings, healthcare facilities, and community organizations, focusing on training, consulting, and intervention for children and families. They are licensed to practice as psychologists in Italy and can pursue doctoral studies at research institutions.
