CIA New York – If you’re looking for an incredible campus filled with everything an aspiring food professional could dream of, a fun college experience, and friends from all over the globe, you just found it. With clubs, sports, student events, and tons of other great things to do (bonus: it’s just a short train ride to New York City), our dynamic and immersive 170-acre main campus in Hyde Park, NY serves up all that and more.
CIA California – Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, our Greystone campus in St. Helena is one of the world’s most unique and inspiring places for culinary education and among the best to study wines and beverages. Surrounded by vineyards, arts, and culture, you’ll be part of a close-knit campus that feels like family.
CIA Texas – San Antonio is all about community, on campus and off. It’s an amazing, friendly city pulsing with Latin American-infused culture and cuisine, and our location in the heart of the Pearl district drops you squarely into the action.
