Entry requirementsA good first degree in any discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. As a full-time student you must take a period of pre-course professional practice before joining. As a part-time student you should be employed in general practice surveying or have substantial contact with a property-related firm. Successful completion of the diploma is required for entry to the MSc.
