"I wanted to study in the Netherlands and choose the University of Amsterdam because it is one of the highest ranked universities in the world and the best university in the Netherlands according to the QS World University Rankings (2013-14).
An advantage of studying here is that the tuition fees and the living costs are lower than in many other English speaking countries. Studying in Amsterdam means that you will study in an international city where the majority speak English to a high level, which makes it easy to settle down. The atmosphere in Amsterdam is really nice, there are lots of parks and canals.
After I finish the Undergraduate Foundation Programme, I would like to complete the BSc Economics and Business at the University of Amsterdam and continue in a Master’s degree or work in the Netherlands. After graduating from the bachelor degree I will have the opportunity to stay for 12 months to find work. "
