The English-taught study programme International Food & Agribusiness will teach you how food is produced and processed in different countries and cultures, and how this can be achieved in a sustainable way, with respect for people and the environment. The economical use of resources is a part of that. You will be working on smart solutions which will allow us to produce sufficient and healthy food now and in the future. Besides technical knowledge about plants, animals, food and health, you will learn everything about international cooperation and enterprise. We will be looking at business and not-profit organisations, as by building bridges between various interests you can do business sustainably in the world of food & agribusiness.
In year two you can choose between the three domains:
- Animal Production
- Crop Production
- Food Processing & Nutrition
During the study programme International Food and Agribusiness you will not only acquire professional knowledge, but also learn to speak fluent English. You will be working on fascinating assignments with students from all over the world, follow seminars and do your traineeships in the Netherlands and abroad. This will get you prepared for an international career.
