The Norwegian University of Life Sciences is a hub of expertise within life sciences, environmental sciences and in the arena of sustainable development.
The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) consists of seven faculties, of which six are located at Campus Ås and one is partially located at Campus Adamstuen.
The research institutions at Campus Ås and NMBU together constitute an internationally competitive research and educational community within bioscience, because these research communities create new academic synergies and new cross-disciplinary approaches.
There are 80 different associations and clubs offered at NMBU. Students are encouraged to pursue their passions and can apply for funding to create their own club or association if they cannot already find it among the current ones available.
