Take your passion for research to the highest level.
Use your passion for research to make your unique contribution to knowledge. Be mentored by AC's outstanding faculty, who will lend their disciplinary expertise to your PhD journey.
AC's Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program is designed for original investigation of ideas in the broad fields of Theology, Business or Education. The PhD program builds on AC's growing research profile, to equip students to be independent researchers and make a substantial contribution toward advancement of knowledge and practice within their chosen field.
While accessible to a variety of students, our PhD program usually attracts researchers whose personal faith resonates with the College's Christian worldview. As a research award, the PhD is designed to prepare graduates for research-oriented careers. However, graduates may pursue careers in sectors other than higher education, such as in business, ministry, education, and government.
Our Doctor of Philosophy is fully accredited by TEQSA, Australia's government higher education accreditation body.
