Our BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Psychology degree offers you the opportunity to delve deep into psychology and its particular application to sport, performance and exercise contexts. If you’re interested in a career as a psychologist specialising in sport and supporting athlete performance, health and wellbeing, then this course will give you the skills and knowledge to reach your goal. Develop a strong scientific understanding of the mind, brain, behaviour, experience and the complex interactions between these elements through innovative teaching and completing independent research.

An integral part of our course is making sure you gain an insight into the world of applied practice. You will have the opportunity to interact with sport,  exercise and performance psychology services on campus and will have access to a range of exciting opportunities to further underpin your learning. You will work with our academic staff who have experience of working in the sport, exercise and performance industries and have conducted contemporary research within these areas. Get excited and prepare to develop your practical experience and scientific knowledge with cutting-edge technology such as EEG imaging and eye-tracking.
