Study a Film degree in the UK in 2024

A bachelor's degree in film blends the art of filmmaking with theoretical study. Film degrees usually take 3-4 years to complete. During a film degree, you might be offered the opportunity to study specialisations such as directing, screenwriting, world cinema, and others.

Tuition fees for international students vary depending on the country you are studying in, but scholarships and grants can help financially. Film graduates can either choose to pursue further study, or look for a job in the industry to gain practical experience.
