Study a Bioveterinary Science degree in the UK in 2025

A bachelor's degree in bioveterinary science offers you the chance to merge your passion for animals with an understanding of the science behind their health and diseases. Usually taking 3-4 years to complete when studied full-time, a bioveterinary science degree will cover a range of core modules, along with other specialised subjects. These could include veterinary medicine, animal physiology, microbiology, immunology, and pathology. Admission requirements normally include a high school diploma or equivalent, and evidence of your language proficiency.

Tuition fees for international students vary depending on where you are from and where you choose to study. Scholarships or grants may be available to help with the costs of studying abroad. Graduates with a bachelor's degree in bioveterinary science have a range of paths they can follow. You can either look for a job or pursue further studies.
