About Political Science, Bilingual Specialization, BA (Hons) - at University of Windsor

Designed for students interested in a career in government and public service where a good working knowledge of French and Francophone culture is an asset to higher-level employment

Offered in co-operation with UWindsor's French Studies program and the School of Political Studies/E?cole d'e?tudes politiques at the University of Ottawa/Universite? d'Ottawa

Study on international exchange or in Ottawa or Quebec

Offers 14 courses taught in French, including nine at the University of Windsor and five taken during a semester on exchange, normally in third year

Notes about fees for this course

Fees are an estimation and are based on tuition for eight (8) months or two (2) academic terms. Does not include Incidental Fees ($1,600-$1,700*), Textbooks ($1,000*), Living Expenses ($5,800**), or Meal Plan ($2,300***).

** Living on campus in Laurier Hall, traditional double

*** Light meal plan. Not needed if living off campus

Students may choose to double major in any BA Honours program

French and Political Science with Bilingual specialization requires any Grade 12 U French

English Language Proficiency

The following are many different types of English proficiency tests that the university accepts with the minimum required scores:

TOEFL - Computer based score: 220 with Test of Written English score: 4.5. Internet based score: 83 with essay score: 20.

IELTS: 6.5.

CAEL: 60.

MELAB: 85.
