IT skills have never been in higher demand, so we've developed this degree to help you gain the key skills and knowledge valued by today's businesses. To prepare you for employment, this course focuses on practical skills, influenced by the latest research and by industry requirements.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements

112-120 UCAS tariff points at Level 3, which would normally include at least two subject areas, and include a computing related subject plus GCSE English and Maths (A*-C).

We may ask you to attend an interview before we make you an offer.

We also welcome applicants with no formal qualifications. These applicants will be considered on an individual basis taking into account their professional/work/life experiences and their ability to engage with, and benefit from, the course. These applicants (with no formal qualifications) will be interviewed and invited to discuss their portfolio of work. They will only be offered a place if they are able to demonstrate a level of intellectual curiosity and organisational ability such that they have the potential to be successful on the course.

International students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.0 or above and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
