Visit course webpageThe undergraduate course leading to the Higher Diploma of Legal Procurator is tailor-made to prepare you for the profession as a prospective Legal Procurator. The course is offered on a full-time basis over two years, during which you learn the substantive and procedural laws that you will practice once you graduate. As a procurator, you will be tasked with the role of representing a third-party organisation. To achieve this skill set, the course provides you with the professional and required knowledge related to the profession, ranging from the civil law of property/ family/ Contract and Legal Research Methodology, to the basic notions of European union law and advanced civil procedure. In your final year, you will demonstrate your knowledge by carrying out a long essay component.
