MSc Management (Advertising and Corporate Communications) is perfect if you do not have a first degree in business or marketing, or relevant work experience in management.

As one of Essex Business School’s unique Masters of management pathways, you will study a core spine of management and organisational issues in term one. You will then specialise in advertising and corporate communications in your second term where you will explore issues like multi-channel communications management, consumer targeting and content generation.

The optional modules that allow you to specialise in advertising and corporate comms will allow you to align your course with your career aspirations so that you graduate with a perfectly tailored Masters degree in management, advertising and corporate communications.

If you are interested in issues such as: the ethics of social media advertising, the pitfalls of user-generated content and relationship management through communications then MSc Management (Advertising and Corporate Communications) is for you.

We ensure that your education in management is both theoretical and practical, allowing you to develop expertise in a chosen area of international management. In your last term you’ll have the opportunity to conduct a case study of the performance of an organisation during a short term placement.

MSc Management (Advertising and Corporate Communications) is one of five Masters of management pathways at Essex Business School: Management, International, Marketing or Advertising and Corporate Communications. All Masters of management pathways follow the same core management modules in term one allowing students the option of selecting their preferred management specialism up to the end of term one.

You can chose to study MSc Management (Advertising and Corporate Communications) full-time over 12 months, or part-time over 24 months.
