This course has been designed to enable you to develop a range of discipline-specific abilities and apply them to selected areas of special interest for more advanced study of the physiological, performance analysis, strength and conditioning, or biomechanical factors that might influence sports performance. Excellent collaborative links with elite national and international athletes and teams will also give you the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience of delivering sports science.
The University may increase these fees at the start of each subsequent year of your course in line with inflation at that time, as measured by the Retail Price Index. These fee levels and increases are subject to any necessary government, and other regulatory, approvals.
International Students - 2018/19 full course fee: £12,000.
The University of Chester offers generous international and merit based scholarships for postgraduate study, providing a significant reduction to the published headline tuition fee. You will automatically be considered for these scholarships when submitting an application and any award given will be shown on your offer letter.
Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study.
