The course is designed around core modules in food manufacturing processes. It is aimed at individuals who have completed a food-related Foundation Degree and will continue to develop higher-level knowledge and management skills relating to employment within the food retailing/manufacturing sector.
Our full-time undergraduate tuition fees for UK and EU students entering University in 2018/19 are £9250 a year, or £1540 per 20-credit module for part-time study.
Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study.
