This masters degree will:

provide you with the relevant knowledge, understanding and skills to work in educational planning, policy, management and administration in the context of international development
identify the interconnections between society and the economy, and the implications for educational planning
apply economic principles to educational planning issues
critique the ways in which economic analysis and evidence are applied to education policy issues
understand the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to educational planning
analyse an educational planning problem in the context of the national economy and its development.

A good first degree or equivalent and, normally, appropriate experience in a low- or middle-income country.

1. Students are normally required to have a minimum overall IELTS score of 7.0 for direct entry, with a score of no lower than 6.0 for writing and 6.5 for reading. 2. A good first degree or equivalent and, normally, appropriate experience in a low- or middle-income country.
