About Master of Human Resource Management at RMIT Online

With a Master of Human Resource Management you’ll learn how to build exceptional teams and attain high-level managerial roles. The program focuses on a diverse global workforce, giving you insights into managing the rapidly changing workplace. You’ll develop skills and formal qualifications necessary to take on legal, ethical, social, economic and environmental challenges.

Our flexible program gives you the freedom to fit your studies around your work and life commitments.

Our intensive seven-week study periods offer six intakes per year, meaning you can start at a time that’s convenient for you. By focusing on one program at a time, your learning is consolidated, giving you the best chance at successful completion, in the fastest time possible.

With an online Master of Marketing you’ll gain exactly the same qualification as you would studying on-campus. The only difference is that the course has been designed specifically for online learning. This master also provides a social learning community and discussion groups where you can can share ideas and solve problems relating to your studies.

With a strong hands-on focus ingrained into the course, you can apply relevant skills to your work from day one – consolidating your new knowledge through action.

As well as our intensive, online study model this program is  also available on-campus.

Professional accreditation

The RMIT online Master of Human Resource Management is accredited by the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). Eligible graduates can also enter the AHRI Practising Certification Program.
