About MA Global Management - pathway in People Management & Leadership, MA - at Regent's University London

The MA Global Management with pathways offers an enhanced study of global organisations, their management and the changing external context in which they operate.

We aim to prepare you to be a more effective global manager, leader and citizen.

The People Management & Leadership pathway prepares you for a career in the changing global environment.

You will gain an appreciation of the key contemporary issues in the global marketplace and the unique challenges faced by today’s managers.

Following this pathway will give you the required knowledge, skills and expertise to address those challenges.

You will develop the competencies to become an effective manager and leader in a fluctuating global economy, as well as the soft skills and cultural awareness to work with multicultural teams and organisations in a global context.
