About BA (Hons) Global Management with Integrated Foundation, BA (Hons), UG:Foundation - at Regent's University London

For students whose present qualifications do not permit direct entry to the first year of BA (Hons) studies, we offer an integrated business foundation course, leading to entry to our BA (Hons) Global Management with pathways degree.

The BA (Hons) Global Management with pathways degree is carefully structured to offer you an integrated and holistic approach to management studies.

It builds your skills across five complementary areas of business practice in the first three semesters of study, after which you follow a specialist pathway for the last three semesters.

Key skills, aims and objectives

The Integrated Foundation aims to prepare you for entry into higher education, ensuring you possess the necessary knowledge, values, skills and competencies to undertake study at BA (Hons) level.

The programme is carefully designed to focus on the academic areas most useful to your future studies. We place great emphasis on encouraging you to reflect on your learning and to be increasingly self-motivated and self-critical. Assignments and examinations become  progressively more challenging and demanding throughout the course.

Future opportunities

Successful completion of the year of foundation-level studies guarantees progression to the BA (Hons) Global Management with pathways degree and can choose any of its five specialist pathways. Alternatively, you can choose to progress to the BA (Hons) International Business, BA (Hons) International Business & Chinese Studies or BA (Hons) International Events Management.

These three latter degrees are three and a half years in duration. This means that if you choose one of these courses, the total study time will be four and a half years.

Entry requirements

We require a minimum of five passes at GCSE/IGCSE level at grade C or above, including English and Maths. Other international qualifications will also be accepted. For those applicants whose mother tongue is not English, we also require evidence of English language proficiency. Please refer to our website for further details.
