About MA Management - pathway in Human Resource Management, MA - at Regent's University London

The MA Management offers advanced study of organisations, their management and the changing context in which they operate.

You will develop a broad set of skills and knowledge that you can apply in any management situation, together with a range of specialist skills in your pathway area.

The Human Resource Management pathway will enable you to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills across a wide range of managerial leadership areas in an international context, including strategic human resource development, reward management and industrial relations.

You will take part in the reflective debate around current issues in HRM, as well as learning to apply practical techniques in developing a positive work environment.

Entry requirements

A minimum of a lower-second class (2:2) UK honours undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from a recognised institution. Other international qualifications, as recommended by the National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) will also be accepted.
