"I chose to study this course because I am passionate about every aspect of photography and choosing this course enabled me to explore all the possibilities of it. I studied the syllabus of the course and it suited my needs, plus the University has great facilities and helpful technicians and professors.

The thing I enjoy most about my course is that I get to experiment with different approaches to making a photograph and I am always encouraged to embrace failure when making work. The course has helped me to prepare for my future career by helping me place myself into the broader environment of art-making.”

Isabella López García, BA (Hons) Fashion Buying and Merchandising

Testimonial from Isabella López García, BA (Hons) Fashion Buying and Merchandising, student at Faculty of Arts and Humanities

"Every year our tutors bring people from the industry from different backgrounds; entrepreneurs, managers, industry experts, which has helped me to see what I could do in the future, as well as being a great opportunity to network and be inspired!

The thing I love the most about Manchester Metropolitan is the amount of effort that is put into student support, no matter the issue, there will be someone willing to help. The international welcome week and all the activities that were related to it were remarkably helpful. I got to meet many people that were experiencing things similar to me."
