This approach will help you to develop into a high-calibre, motivated graduate, equipped with the confidence and flexibility to thrive in the diverse hospitality services industry.

Your foundation year will give you a grounding in the hospitality industry and review the economics and career prospects in the sector.

You will acquire specific knowledge and more general skills, including knowledge of strategy development, financial management and contemporary issues in the industry.

We aim to build your knowledge of restaurant management with food and beverage modules, as well as broadening your understanding of the service industry's global operations.
