This MA is ideal for you if you wish to develop your abilities as an educational leader/manager. The course offers a multi-pronged approach, which enables the development of an academic career route as well as research-informed professional practice.
You’ll take core modules in Leading Educational Change and Improvement and Foundation Research Methods, and you will also choose from optional modules specially designed for this MA, including Policy, Strategy and Resources, Mentoring and Coaching and Individual Differences: theory and classroom. You’ll also choose one further optional module and complete a dissertation on an area of leadership in which you are particularly interested.
