Course Overview
Learners will be expected to identify personal contributions and respond to the specific bilingual needs of their workplace. They will also be required to manage some strategies to promote bilingualism.

A reflective journal / log justifying strategies adopted and evaluating the results.
Further Information
You will be required to attend two teaching days. The induction will include an introduction to the module, activities to identify personal contributions and a discussion on strategies. Additional tutorial support and action planning will be agreed with your tutor.
