Course Overview
By the end of this module, you will have had the opportunity to explore how a mindfulness-based approach can help improve problematic issues within your workplace, as well as having developed a level of personal practice that will help you to be more effective in all areas of your life.

Assessment
This module is available at Level 4 and Level 7, depending on your level of qualification and experience, and as a result the assessment will vary slightly. For example, at level 4, which is equivalent to the first year of a university degree, the assessment is as follows:
Assignment 1
1,500 words
Reflective journal
1,500 words
We will discuss with you which level will be best for your needs and circumstances
Further Information
You will be required to attend three teaching days at the Carmarthen Campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation to begin your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, email or Skype - or a mix of all these.
