About Leading Innovation for Clinical Practitioners (Part time), MA - at University of East Anglia (UEA)

This programme is designed to emphasise the responsibility of all clinical practitioners to support the development and leadership capacity of colleagues and improving patient care, patient experience and innovation in service delivery. Throughout the course, you will maintain a portfolio which will document your progress and demonstrate your achievement with relation to the NHS Clinical Leadership Framework.

Entry requirements

A degree in a healthcare profession with a minimum classification of 2:2 or above; a minimum of 1 year's post-qualifying practice. Students should be current or aspiring clinical leaders and have the support of their employing organisation and have identified the undertaking of this programme within their PDR/PDP process. All applicants who are not a British national and/or whose first language is not English will need to demonstrate a suitable level of English language proficiency. This is equivalent to an IELTS 7.0 overall, with a minimum of 7.0 in all components, although we do accept many other types of qualifications or tests. In accordance with the UK Border Agencies Tier 4 visa guidelines, we will also waive the English language requirement for applicants who meet the defined nationality test or who have completed a degree level course in 1 of the listed countries.
