Physics is the fundamental science that underpins much of the technology we see around us. Modern communications, transport and energy systems all originate from advances in our understanding of physics. Our Physics course includes modules that range from optics and thermodynamics to quantum mechanics, microscopy and nuclear physics.
Our full-time undergraduate tuition fees for UK and EU students entering University in 2018/19 are £9250 a year, or £1540 per 20-credit module for part-time study.
Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study.
