Mechanical Engineering is one of the broadest engineering disciplines. This course provides applicants with theoretical and practical skills, enabling you to translate science into real-world solutions, with an applied focus on computer-aided engineering, design and sustainability.
Upon completion there are a wide range of employment opportunities open to you in fields that may involve design, manufacture, marketing, research, development, and management.
Our full-time undergraduate tuition fees for UK and EU students entering University in 2018/19 are £9250 a year, or £1540 per 20-credit module for part-time study.
Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study.
