Our online LLM equips you with an advanced understanding of the law, theory and practice in the fastest growing area of dispute resolution.

This course will give you a pathway into careers in international dispute resolution. It will prepare you for the rapidly growing field of international commercial mediation.
We’ll deliver the online LLM in partnership with Mediator Academy, a pioneering digital learning organisation.
Who is this Master's course for?
This LLM is for students who want to gain critical skills and knowledge for 21st Century dispute resolution practice. Graduates from any discipline, anywhere in the world can enrol on this programme.
The course takes an innovative and immersive approach to online learning. It combines asynchronous lessons and expert-led live interactive online classes.
You will study the latest legal and policy developments in international commercial mediation. You will also explore theories of conflict and dispute resolution.

This programme is delivered fully online. You will have access to an extensive range of online sources via databases such as Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis.

A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in any subject.
We will also consider applications on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications or experience in relevant professional practice.
International Students
Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.5 in writing, and 5.5 in all other sub-skills).
If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English course.
