BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points.

  • A-levels: BBB
  • BTEC Extended Diploma: Distinction Distinction Merit
  • Access to HE Diploma: 120 UCAS points, usually with 27 Distinctions, 15 Merits and 3 at Pass

To apply for the BSc (Hons) with foundation year, you’ll need 64 UCAS points, either from A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.

Qualifications needed for 2026

BSc (Hons): 112-128 UCAS tariff points.

BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points.

The typical offer for this course is 112-128 UCAS tariff points. You could achieve this with:

  • A-levels: BBC
  • BTEC Extended Diploma: Distinction Merit Merit
