This class is aimed at anyone who wishes to learn more about good quality Scottish produce and traditional meals.
The lecturer will take you through various dishes from starters to desserts and give you the chance to update your cooking skills and knife work at the same time. On completion of the course, you will have a range of dishes and presentation ideas fit to hold a dinner party with your friends. Lots of tips will also be given on how to store your finished dishes.
Each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe which will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week.
