This course would also suit professional caterers who would like to offer a range of homemade gluten free options to their customers. In addition, it will assist with allergen information required by EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe which will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week.
