Improve individual and community wellbeing by addressing challenges such as inequality, discrimination, violence and other types of harassment. Throughout this course, which is accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), there is an emphasis on social justice, human rights and achieving the best possible outcomes for the most marginalised and disadvantaged members of the community.

As a social worker you will improve individual and community wellbeing by addressing challenges such as inequality, discrimination, violence and other types of harassment. An embedded honours program is available from third year for high-achieving students.

ACU is currently offering Commonwealth supported places (CSP) for this course. In a CSP, the Australian Government subsidises the cost of your course. You'll pay the remainder, known as the student contribution amount.
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
International students need to meet the English Language Proficiency requirements as defined in the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy .
