UChicago Summer Session
Summer Session at the University of Chicago welcomes students from across the US and around the world for intensive study at one of the premier intellectual destinations. For Summer 2024, online offerings include:
- The Summer Language Institute offers instruction in modern and ancient languages, as well as courses that focus on the skills graduate students need to access scholarly texts in other languages.
- The Summer Institute in Social Research Methods, for undergraduate and graduate students interested in social science research methodology.
- The Summer Business Scholars Program, now in its 18th year, brings students across disciplines and from around the world together for an immersion into Building the New Venture with entrepreneur and angel investor CJ Pryzbyl and other outstanding faculty coaches affiliated with the Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the top business schools in the world.
- The Summer Financial Math Program invites students from any major who have strong quantitative skills to learn more about emerging careers in modern finance, which is more interdisciplinary than ever before.
- Undergraduate courses across the curriculum, including chemistry, quantitative methods, game theory, upper-level Economics courses and a selection of UChicago’s famed Core sequences and Signature classes.
