UChicago Summer Session
Summer Session at the University of Chicago welcomes students from across the US and around the world for intensive study at one of the premier intellectual destinations. For Summer 2026, online offerings include:
- The Summer Language Institute offers instruction in modern and ancient languages such as Greek, Latin, Japanese, and Spanish.
- Summer Undergraduate Business Courses such as Building the New Venture and Marketing Management taught by faculty affiliated with the Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the top business schools in the world.
- The Summer Financial Math Program invites students from any major who have strong quantitative skills to learn the foundational skills necessary for emerging careers in modern finance, which is more interdisciplinary than ever before.
- Undergraduate courses across the curriculum, including astronomy, chemistry, data science, mathematics, and a selection of UChicago’s famed Core courses, such as Classics of Social and Political Thought and America in World Civilization.
