Located in the heart of Lyon, France one of the world’s culinary capitals, our school offers a unique Bachelor’s Degree in International Pastry Management available in a 100% English track from September 2025.

Our three-year program offers the perfect blend of theory, hands-on experience, and management skills, preparing you to excel in the ever-evolving world of pastry arts. Whether you aspire to work in prestigious restaurants, launch your own pastry shop, or manage international teams, our Bachelor’s degree will guide you every step of the way.

Hands-on professional experiences

Our Bachelor’s degree leverages an educational approach based on experiential learning to foster a sense of responsibility, managerial agility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The program is dedicated to hands-on professional experiences in exceptional settings. These include six restaurants one of which is Michelin-starred and a 5-star hotel school Le Royal MGallery by Sofitel, the only one of its kind in Europe. 

These practical experiences, conducted in real-world settings and often with actual customers, offer an invaluable opportunity to develop the managerial skills you will need in the future.

International Exposure & Cultural Immersion

Lyon is renowned for its rich culinary heritage, offering students the opportunity to experience French culture and cuisine firsthand. Throughout the program, you will have the chance to participate in cultural excursions with our International Student Affairs team, masterclasses with award-winning chefs, and so on. These experiences will broaden your horizons, allowing you to thrive in a multicultural environment.
